Job Description: As a Student Admissions Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to conduct initial consultations with prospective students who are interested in our dental assistant program. You will engage with leads, give them a brief overview of the program, and gauge their interest in pursuing admission. Following this brief consultation, you will transfer interested candidates to a Student Admissions Counselor for a more detailed admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 15-minute phone consultations with prospective students interested in our dental assistant program.
• Provide a high-level introduction to the program, highlighting its benefits, features, and structure.
• Address basic questions and gather information from leads to qualify them for further admissions assistance.
• Host Previews of the program
• Transfer qualified and interested students to a Student Admissions Counselor for the next steps in enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in our CRM system.
• Ensure professional and positive communication that reflects the values of the institution.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present information clearly and engage with prospective students.
• Basic knowledge of the dental assistant program (training will be provided).
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or admissions is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn.
