Position Overview

We are seeking an AI Developer Intern to support the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven solutions within the organization. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to apply AI and machine learning in real-world settings, particularly in communication and automation tasks. The intern will collaborate with the tech team to develop AI tools that enhance user experiences and automate various processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing an AI Voice Calling System that automates outreach and communication.
• Contribute to creating AI-powered social media tools for generating posts, analyzing engagement, and optimizing content.
• Set up and integrate AI tools for company email systems, enabling smarter email management, auto-responses, and personalized communication.
• Develop and implement AI solutions for contacting platforms, improving efficiency in user interactions, customer support, and resource distribution.
• Work with team members to refine AI models, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and effective performance.
• Test, troubleshoot, and iterate on AI tools to ensure user-friendly interfaces and optimal functionality.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), speech recognition, or AI chatbot development.
• Experience with Python or other programming languages commonly used in AI development.
• Understanding of AI model training, testing, and deployment.
• Familiarity with APIs and AI integrations with communication platforms (e.g., Twilio, Slack, etc.) is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to developing AI-driven solutions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• A passion for AI applications, communication tools, or automation technologies.

Interview Process

   • An interview with the program director or senior team member to discuss cultural fit, long-term goals, and your interest in AI-driven solutions for educational platforms.
