Position Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst Intern to support our data-driven initiatives by analyzing key metrics, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve student engagement, program performance, and marketing strategies. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting within an educational environment. The intern will collaborate with various teams to help optimize our operations and student experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, including student performance metrics, marketing campaigns, and operational processes.
• Create dashboards and reports to visualize key insights using tools like Excel, Google Data Studio, or Power BI.
• Support the development of data-driven strategies to enhance student engagement and retention.
• Assist in identifying trends and patterns to optimize marketing efforts and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting channels.
• Document findings and present reports to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics and educational metrics.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Basic understanding of statistical analysis and reporting techniques.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, such as GoHighLevel, is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for using data to drive decision-making and program improvement.

Interview Process
