Position Overview
We are seeking a Program Assistant Coordinator Intern to support the day-to-day operations and coordination of our educational programs. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in program management, student support, and administrative coordination within an educational setting. The intern will work closely with the program management team to ensure smooth execution of program activities and enhance the student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating program activities, including scheduling, student communications, and event planning.
- Provide support to students by answering inquiries, guiding them through the program, and ensuring they have access to necessary resources.
- Maintain and update student records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in the program database.
- Collaborate with instructors and staff to facilitate program logistics, including classroom management and online learning tools.
- Assist in preparing program materials such as handbooks, presentations, and reports.
- Support outreach efforts by providing information to prospective students and assisting with marketing initiatives.

Qualifications
Technical Skills:

Additional Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
